One of the main areas of specialisation at GFT is gaming and betting law, in which GFT has accumulated considerable experience and expertise. With regard to online (remote) gaming, GFT has been active in the field from the very first moment when Malta opened up to the licensing of online betting offices. The firm acts for a number of online betting operators, ranging from start-ups to some of the biggest and most successful Malta’s licensees.
Members of the GFT’s Gaming and Betting Law Practice are regular speakers at international events dedicated to interactive gaming, as well as contributors to various international publications on gaming, including the Internet Gambling Report (6th edition onwards). GFT has developed and deliver its annual event, GFT Online Gaming Workshop.
