Dr Ivan Gatt LLD, in private practice for the last 24 years, heads the Litigation, Property and Contract practices of the firm. He also works in the company/commercial field with special emphasis on the law of administrative law, insurance, transport, industrial law, and civil law. He is a non-executive Company Director and Company Secretary to a number of corporations and has presided over the Levy Appeals Board, and the Customs and Excise Tax Appeals Board of the Ministry of Finance. Prior to graduating as a lawyer, he worked in the real estate business and conveyancing. Dr Gatt is currently Managing Partner of Gatt Frendo Tufigno Advocates. He is a graduate in law from the University of Malta.
